The Root Reset is six weeks of 1:1 complete Chinese medicine, in-person or online, using the channels that reach where the problem is. By design, the channels used in modern acupuncture cannot reach the root.
This program includes Chinese medicine dietary therapy and belief work to stop your body sliding back into old patterns. You can email me between appointments, and a big part of our work together is learning to read your own body's signals, so by week six you trust what it's telling you and know how to respond.
